trashieART grew from the decision that my girlfriend Jane, and myself would make each other gifts for christmas, rather than play into the over consumerism brought on by the holidays.  in addition, making a gift from things/recyclables we already have around the house, is a different and fun way to recycle.  make something new out of something old or used up.  otherwise known as, Upcycle.
